You can add or modify users. Security is extremely important, so do not forget to set up users. You can set up unlimited users.
Level 1 users have full access to the admin area. It is risky to set up more than one Level 1 user. Instead you can set up the Level 2 user and assign all access rights.
Level 1 users can set Level 2 users access options.
When you create a Lever 2 user, you can assign the user access right.
Examples:
You can set up a Level 2 user for your accountant to manage the Orders and Customers.
You can also set up a Level 2 user for a part time staff working in somewhere else to manage the Items, Categories, Images.
You can set up a Level 2 user for marketing staff to manage the Items, Categories, Images, News, Promotions, Gift Certificates, and son.
