Show all items in the record. Click on the item to edit individual item.
If you check the Search box or the Import & Export box, the Search or the Import & Export will open all the time.

Edit Items in a Category
If you want to edit all items in a specific category, you may search that category, define how many item to display in a page. Click on the Edit All button below and you can edit all the displayed fields. It is recommended to edit 50 items one in a time.
Delete Selected
Check the box in front of the Item number and you can use the Delete Selected button below to delete all checked items.
Search
You can enter any keywords or item number to search the item. You can also open one category by selecting the categories and click search.
Import & Export
Check the box and keep Import & Export always open.
Export items
You can export basic item information to Word or CSV files. Do not export all items in one time if you have more than 100 items. You can choose to export by categories or 50 items each time. Save files in any name you wish. If you want to import this file after editing, you have to make sure you do not change the name and position of headlines and the item number and/or the item ID. You can only change the fields of name, images (make sure the correct path), price, short description, active (yes/no), feature (yes/no), saleprice, onsale (yes/no), qty (inventory), weight .
Import items
You can only import the files you export. You can’t add new items on the export file and import it. You can import any file name but the itemno/ID and the heading name and position must be the same. ***We recommend you to back up the database at Backup/Backup Database before you import any file. Once you import the file, you cannot recover the old data***
Export multi-prices
You can export multi prices to CSV file (For multi-level pricing only)
Import prices
You can the multi-level pricing. Make sure you follow the same procedure as the Import items.
Display Option
You can customize what to display and the priority of information to display.
Item Per Page
You can set how many item you want to display in each page.
