How to Add Gift Certificates:
 
 
You can add new gift certificates and directly send them to the customers or members. To do this, go to Promotion and click on Add New Gift Cert. Next, enter the necessary information in the Gift Detail section. Once you're done, click Save near the top.
 
Certificate Code: The code for the new certificate. The customer will use this code to redeem the gift certificate.
Status:
The status of the new certificate. You can set this to new, sent, redeemed partially, or redeemed completely.
 
New: The gift certificate has been made, but not yet been sent to the customer.
Sent:
The gift certificate has been sent to the customer, and he or she can redeem the gift certificate with the code.
Redeemed (Partial): The customer has redeemed the gift certificate partially.
Redeemed: The customer has fully redeemed the gift certificate.
 
To: The name of the certificate's recipient.
From: The name of the certificate's sender.
Amount: The amount of the certificate.
Message: You can type a message that will be sent along with the certificate to the recipient.
Send By: There are two methods to send the certificate. Either by email; you will need to enter the recipient's emaill address, or mail it physically; you will need to enter the recipient's name.
Address: The address of the recipient.
