If you are using other email server (not the sportname.com email services), you need to submit the Mail Server Setup Requirement at the Support Ticket. Please provide your account name, email address and SMTP server information.

If you need the email form in the contact page of your website, you need to enable "Allow contact us email" and enter the email to receive contact emails.
