Photoshop Resize Guide:
 
1. Open the file.
 
 
2. Select the image from the file.
 
 
3. Open the image and click on Image Size.
 
 
4. Change the Resolution to 72 and Width to 400.
 
 
 
5. Save for Web.
 
 
6. Select Jpeg or Gif to save.
